Classic heliskiing (2025)

Have you ever skied from the summit to the Arctic Ocean or witnessed the Northern lights? Skied until midnight, thanks to the never-setting sun in Iceland in the later spring and summer? Iceland has stunning landscapes and diverse terrain, making it an ideal playground for heliskiers. There are also many opportunities for off-piste skiing. Our small group sizes ensure an intimate and personalized experience, tailored for those seeking a slower pace or those hungry for endless vertical feet.

Our guides and pilots are very familiar with the local terrain and conditions, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. With the Classic Package, we guarantee 15.000 vertical feet daily. But, if you reach this limit and conditions are good, nothing stops you from skiing more.

After a long day on the slopes, we are proud to offer our guests accommodation at the beautiful Sigló Hotel. No other heliskiing operation in Iceland offers this level of luxury and comfort. Stunning ocean and mountain views surround the hotel. You can enjoy their bar, fireplace, hot tub, and sauna, all while savoring the remarkable scenery.

– Transport from and to Akureyri Airport
– Accommodation at Sigló Hotel
– All meals – breakfast, lunch, and a three-course dinner
– Vertical feet for heliskiing (15.000 vertical feet per day)
– Experienced certified guides
– K2 freeride skis/snowboards, K2 poles, Marker bindings
– Backcountry Access (BCA) avalanche gear
– 4 skiers/snowboarders per group with one guide
– A-Star helicopter with a maximum of 3 groups per heli
– Safety and avalanche rescue training
– Non-alcoholic drinks and snacks at the Clubhouse (our helicopter base)
