Our Semi-Private Package accommodates up to 8 guests, allowing your whole group to ski together. Tailored to meet the needs of your group, we guarantee an unforgettable experience.
We proudly offer our guests accommodation at the beautiful Sigló Hotel. After adventurous days of skiing, you have the opportunity to relax in their outdoor hot tub and sauna, surrounded by the ocean and mountains.

Day 1 – Arrival day
10:00 – 19:00 – We recommend arriving between lunchtime and afternoon at Akureyri airport (if possible), our welcome point.
19:30 – Welcome meet n greet at Sigló Hotel with our crew
20:00 – Three-course dinner
Day 2
07:00 – 08:30 – Breakfast at the hotel
08:30 – Ski fitting at ski barn (if it didn’t happen the previous day)
09:00 – Safety & avalanche briefings + waiver signing
09:45 – Taking off for heliskiing
12:30 – 13:30 – Lunch in the mountains
15:00 – 16:00 – Return to base, ready for Aprés ski at Clubhouse
16:00 – 20:00 – Relax, aprés ski, the possibility of other activities
20:00 – Three-course dinner
Day 3
07:00 – 09:00 – Breakfast at the hotel
09:00 – 09:15 – Pick-up from the hotel
09:30 – 09:45 – Taking off for heliskiing

HOW TO BOOK
We make the booking process as simple as possible. To join us for the most incredible Icelandic Heliskiing adventure of your life, here’s what you need to do:
- Read through our programs and decide on which dates suit you.
- Please send us requests about availability by simply clicking on the request link below.
- We will reply to confirm on the dates that you requested or assist you in finding other suitable dates in case of unavailability.
- When you´ve received your confirmation about available dates, fill out our registration form and send it to info@vikingheliskiing.com
- We will send you an invoice with transfer details so that you can finish your deposit payment or call us (+354 8461674) to pay with Credit card (+2%). To secure your seat we require a deposit of 2.000 EUR. Our preferred method is by Bank Transfer.
- Once your deposit is received, we will send you confirmation and our heliskiing information package.
- The final Payment is due 10 weeks prior to your tour or February 1st, whichever comes first.
- Make sure you have read our Terms and Conditions before booking your package.
- Purchase Travel Insurance. We recommend World Nomads and also Global Rescue for US residents.
