Step-by-Step Travel Guide
Arrival in Iceland
Fly into Keflavík International Airport (KEF), the country’s main international gateway.
Transfer to Reykjavík
From Keflavík, travel to Reykjavík Domestic Airport (approximately 45 minutes).
- Options: Bus or taxi—both are easily accessible and bookable at the airport.
- Book a private luxury shuttle from Keflavik airport to Reykjavik domestic airport
Domestic Flight to Akureyri
From Reykjavík Domestic Airport, take a 35-minute flight to Akureyri, operated by Icelandair.
Private Jet in Akureyri
Private jets and charter flights can land directly at Akureyri Airport (AEY) in North Iceland.
Transfer to the hotel
Upon arrival in Akureyri, our team will meet you at the airport and provide private ground transportation to the resort (approx. 50 minutes).
Optional Helicopter Transfer
For added convenience and a stunning aerial perspective, a 25-minute helicopter transfer from Akureyri to the resort is available upon request (advance booking required).
Self-Drive Option
If you prefer to explore Iceland at your own pace, you can rent a car at Keflavík International Airport and drive to the resort. The journey takes approximately 5 hours and offers breathtaking views of Iceland’s diverse landscapes.
